Cancellation

• Guests receives a full refund for cancellations made up to 2 days before the event.
• Cancellations within 2 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost except for Pixi No 22.
• Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before the event.
• Reservations for 10 or more pax are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance.
• The cancellation policy for some rates/offers category may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the restaurant.
  

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by Credit Card or UPI. All major credit cards are accepted.

Rate Policy

During the Off season and season rates may differ depending on the availability of space. The rates may vary depending on the menu finalized.
These are exclusive of GST.

Banking Ombudsman Policy

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly of indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
